"Partner clinic" means a hospital, clinic, or medical provider that delivers medical services under a separate agreement with the Company.

"Concierge services" means support such as consultation intake, scheduling, transport, interpretation, and payment guidance during medical travel.

The Company posts these Terms on the Service.

The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law and will announce the effective date and reasons in advance.

Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

The Company provides medical tourism information, consultation and booking intake, partner clinic matching, and concierge support.

The Company does not perform medical acts; diagnosis, treatment, and procedures are the responsibility of partner clinics.

The Service may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, force majeure, or technical issues.

Users must not provide false information or misuse another person's identity.

Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and service notices.

Users must accurately disclose health conditions and travel requirements (passport, visa, etc.) when booking.

The Company strives to provide the Service in a stable and continuous manner.

The Company protects personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

The Company will address legitimate complaints without undue delay.

Consultations and bookings are accepted via the website, WhatsApp, and other channels provided by the Company.

Confirmation, schedule, and fees depend on partner clinic policies and mutual agreement.

Cancellation, changes, and refunds follow partner clinic rules and package notices; the Company acts as facilitator.

Fees for services, procedures, and add-ons are based on prior notice.

Payment methods, currency, exchange rates, and fees follow individual guidance and applicable law.

The Company will not charge fees without prior user consent.

The Company is not liable for medical outcomes, efficacy, or side effects of partner clinics.

The Company is not liable for damages beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, or partner disruptions.

Medical and pricing information on the Service is for reference; partner clinics provide final confirmation.

Content, logos, and designs on the Service belong to the Company or rightful owners.

Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially use such materials without prior written consent.

Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by applicable law; courts at the Company's principal place of business shall have jurisdiction.

These Terms take effect on August 4, 2026.
